The total plot has a size of 3000m2 and can be divided into several smaller plots. 1000m2 is the minimum size for sale. The plot is located in the village of Praia do Prea in the state of Ceara. It has beautiful ocean views and is slightly elevated, around 300 meters away from the beach. The electricity lines run parallel to the plot and there is access to public water and the possibility to dig a well for groundwater access.
The plots are adjacent to the beautiful Parque Nacional de Jericoacoara, one of the most stunning nature reserves with its white sand dunes and crystal-clear freshwater pools. Praia do Prea is an excellent kitesurfing destination with constant winds nearly all year round and there are many different spots, from waves to flat water, just a short walk or buggy-ride away. One of the best kite spots of the area is just a short walk down to the beach.
The village of Prea is a typical Brazilian fishing village with a few B&B’s and several nice restaurants and cafes. Prea is located about 10km east from the lively village of Jericoacoara (find more information here on Jericoacoara) and the nearest town Jijoca with ATM’s, hospital and bigger supermarkets is only a 30 minute drive away. The plots are located about one kilometre west of the village centre of Prea and can be reached via a gravel road. There are several small supermarkets, hardware stores and a petrol station in the village. The nearest airport is currently the international airport in Fortaleza which is around a 3 hour drive away. There is a new airport being built in the city of Cruz which will reduce the ride to the nearest airport to around 30 minutes.
